I have 13 month old twin girls. They were on a great schedule until a few weeks before their first birthday. They both got ill then with the holidays things were kind of crazy and they just seemed to get off track and haven't been able to get back. I think Lilly may be ready to drop to one nap but not sure, she'll sometimes refuse her morning nap and does fine til 1230ish but if you put her in a car seat for even a few minutes mid morning she's out like a light, but Claire certainly is not, if she doesn't get a nap by 1030 she'll often fall asleep on the floor or is irate by noon. Current schedule is as follows
Wake anywhere from 6-7:30am
Activity
Breakfast 8:30
Activity
Snack 9:30 or 10 sometimes
Nap between 10-10:30 (Have been capping it at 30 minutes, Lilly is generally awake by then Claire though would sleep for an hour if I let her)
Activity
Lunch 12:30
Activity
Nap 1:30 (Generally 45 to an hour but if Lilly doesn't nap in the morning sometimes she'll sleep 90 minutes)
Activity
Snack 4-430is
Activity
Baths 630ish
Bedtime 7:30
They've not been napping well lately and have gone from waking once a night to waking 2-3 times a night and often waking wanting to play or fuss for an hour or so. Suggestions on tweaks to get them napping better and sleeping better at night. Lately afternoon naps have only been 45 minutes and this leaves them cranky tip bedtime. Help!
