Hi everyone,
Dd2 generally wakes at 5am, although it has started to creep earlier
I'm not sure what I can do next to change this. Here is her routine:
Wu 5am
E (I sometimes bf her, so could be a bit of ap going on here)
A
E breakfast
S 9:30/10 for no longer than 30 minutes
A
E lunch
S 12:30/13:00 for as long as she sleeps but this is usually only 1hr 30mins
A
E dinner
A
S 18:15/18:30 latest as I don't want her getting ot if she's woken at 5
Any ideas? I would really appreciate it - I'm 8 weeks pregnant and feeling very tired!!
