I hadn't thought of that one!  That might be an option but I'm a bit scared I wouldn't be able to get a long third nap from her.

Yeah, maybe save it for if she is loosing the plot! An early car CN or late car CN is a good option too ... I think I reserved these for really bad days, or if the naps were a bust.

If only she'd sleep in the car :-/.  I've never encouraged her to nap in the car, so she never has really. But she will cat nap in the carrier and I'd prefer that anyway tbh, I can take her and the dog for a walk ;).

I stuck with a long am nap in the end. Well, it's 9:30 and she's been asleep for an hour. Let's hope she gets a good one in. Thanks.

And lovely. She's just woken up from her nap. So she had an hour and ten minutes. She's not crying so maybe she'll go back to sleep.  Great.

Hugs. T always wakes at this time with discomfort or during Aadjustments.
Hope she went back to sleep. A little APOP won't hurt x

Nope. If she wakes chatting and happy, that's it.
So to recap, this is what's happened so far today
Wu 4.55
S 8:30-9:30
S 12:10-13:55 (I had though of 1hr30 nap but got busy with dd1)
S 16:55-17:15 (if I let her have any more, she'd be up till 19:30).
I'm now feeding her and she's 90% asleep on the boob, which she only does if super tired.
Should be interesting tonight.

Yeah, she's done ok really. I think we have another small problem - she's up on her hands and knees!!!  She had lots of practise this afternoon but it's VERY exciting. She's a monkey.

What did you say about nw's?  We had an epic one last night. I mean, monumental.
She was awake from 2:30 till 5 am.

The good news is, she put herself to sleep in the end, and she slept till 6:20.

But she was awake for 2.5 hours.

I think I might say it again ;). I can hardly believe it.

Not crying. Just trying to crawl. She did to her credit get herself back to sleep for an hour and when I went to get her she was out of her sleeping bag!
Last night was very slightly better. She was up at 1, but crying, and I did pat/shh for an hour but she went back to sleep till 5:40. Bedtime was 6:30. I'm going to try to drop the first feed I think. She's been taking very little for the last couple of nights and I've finally admitted she's using my boob to get back to sleep. :-/. So it's time to tackle it I think.

The last couple of nights have been much better but I've come to the conclusion she'd like a 23 hour day. 12 h daytime and 11 h night. Monday she had a couple nw's but I managed to settle her at 4.30 for the first time in ages and last night she had one NW, one feed, and up for the day at 6 after a 7 pm bedtime.  I think I got caught in the trap of feeding at every NW and I know now that she doesn't need it. Fingers crossed. Also she seems more settled on the two naps now.
Thanks for asking. :-*
