HI everyone!
My son (6 mnths mar 9th) has always been such an amazing sleeper and followed our routine beautifully. However, he now keeps waking every 30-45min and i have NO idea what is going on here.
Here's a quick recap of our day

wake- 830ish
sleep-1035-1045ish
wake-1230ish
sleep-245-255-----NOW THIS IS WHERE HE KEEPS WAKING AFTER 30/45 MIN OVER AND OVER THROUGHOUT A 2 HR PERIOD. Up until 2 weeks ago, he stayed up around 2hrs/2.10hrs and would sleep for 2hrsplus. Now nothing...

wake-500ish
sleep-815ish

I wonder if you could increase the second A time so it's more like 2hr 30 which could help him be tired enough to return to independent sleep.  It will take several days to see how he settles into it. Some this age like an even longer A time so I'd start there and see how it goes.
How's the night sleep?  Just seems like a long A to BT at 3hr 15 and perhaps if BT was a little earlier he would manage a slightly longer A time in the morning too?
