Hi I have just joined and I am looking some help.i am trying to follow easy with my 11 week old but I am finding it very challenging because my little one only feeds every 3.5/4hrs and has a short awake time with the morning nap being 1hour and the others around 1hr 15/20.. He generally wakes at 7am and is in bed for 7pm but the day time naps can be difficult because he may need 2naps between a feed.sorry if I'm waffling but I would appreciate and advice or tips???

Hello and welcome to BW :)

Sounds like you are doing great and adapting the EASY routine to suit your baby which is just as it is intended.
It can be a little tricky having a longer E time and shorter naps but still workable, you just have to watch out for those E and S clashing and bring E a little earlier if you know LO will be due a nap - sounds like you are already doing this.

Is he an independent sleeper?  Do you think he could manage an extra 10 mins on his A time, this might help him to take a longer nap?

Thankyou for your reassurance.yes I am trying to bring feeds forward when due a nap.if the nap only lasts 45minuted and he needs 2 sleeps within one feed period this is we're I struggle because a)he is not hungry enough for an earlier feed b) I can't get him to nap as easy if he was to have a full belly. He is very good and generally falls off to sleep on his own of I catch him at the right time.i let him
Nap for as long as he likes and don't  waken him

If you're getting 45 mins naps then extending his A time 10 mins might help increase the nap length. It would take say 3 days to see the full effect of a longer A time.
