18 month old refusing nap

I'm back again...
My DD, for the past 2 days, is refusing her nap.  She's on 1 nap starting at noon and sleeps anywhere between 1 hour to 2 hours. She has all 4 1st molars now and all 4 canines have cut through and continue to cut.  We've finally gotten through the EW and now her naps.  She just stands in her crib waiting for me to come in. She doesn't cry but just calls my name.  Any thoughts?

Thanks Becky. This morning she woke up at 6:15, and I put her down at 12:00.  I don't think she's sleeping again today.

For bedtime, i put her down at 6:20 and she'll fall asleep around 7pm.
