I wonder whether we need to tweak our routine a bit to fight against the EW.  At the moment, DD is doing

5:15 - 5:45 WU
12:00 Nap for 1.5hrs - 2hrs
7:30 BT (most of the time she won't sleep until 7:45/8pm, even if I put her to bed at 7pm)

So she has been having less than 10 hours night in the last week or so.

Hi,

I would. I would try pushing that nap closer to 12.30pm (capped at 2hours). Re: BT, I wonder if you've got into an UT/OT loop and hence the BT shenanigans - that is UT for nap and consequently OT for BT which is not helping the EW. If it were me, I would move the nap to 12.30pm (we usually move in 15min increments) and do BT at 7pm.

HTH x

Most of the time I put her to nap at 12 and she eventually falls asleep around 12:15pm.  I will try to push for another 15 mins.  It actually will make the morning very long, i.e. 7 hours if she wakes before 5:30am.

I will do BT at 7pm from tonight as well.
