little red thumb down sign

Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me what a thumbs down sign beside the topic heading is about?
The reason I'm asking is because earlier this evening I was reading a post by Hena about dropping the BT bottle in the toddler eating forum and I think I may have accidentally hit  ' report to moderator ' on my phone. Then I noticed the red thumbs down sign and think I might have caused it!
I certainly hope I didn't as Hena has given me great advice over the past few days on the toddler sleep forum. What an injustice to her if I caused this...
Main question is, if I have caused it can I remove it?????

Click reply and beneath the subject title box is the message icon box. You select thumbs down from the drop down box there. Or smiley or whatever you want the icon to be. Most people just leave it as standard.
