I hate wi/wo too, though I've had lots of practice with it! And I don't have the patience for GW :-[  I would stick with it though. I always think life is simpler when you don't have APing in the mix of reasons to consider why they're not sleeping. Not that there isn't a place for it, just that for me, when I start suspecting it's causing issues or complicating things it's time to stop.

Hope tonight goes well!

Interesting to see if the WIWO helped- i agree, trying to eliminate APing as a cause is important i think- we've been doing that with hamish and the latest fun and games. Keeping the settling 100% consistent. Especially when you know they are over tired!!

I always like the EBT rather than the long nap..

Yeah I think the APOP just doesn't work well for t as he won't sleep on us unless shattered but wants to be on us from sa. So it's just nasty. I'm totally an APOP fan but honestly it doesn't work well with my boys. They're very much IS who like their beds. (Though z did used to love the boob a bit ::) )

So we have
BT 7.45 (well asleep then ish)
NW 5.45 but resettled self. This is Lilly a bit of OT but also he's still not 199% and has a cough.
WU 6.45
11 hrs :D

So I'll go for
Nap 12.30-2.30 today then see how we go with wi/WO tonight and reassess his nap time and length you think?
