Starting to get really fed up!

My little boy is a few days off 6 months old. He's not yet mastered to sleep through at night, which is fine.
It's the problem that he's constantly waking. He goes bed at 8, I give him 8oz of milk, put him in his cot and he stays asleep, then he's constantly waking after that. I try and let him settle by himself but he just cries and cries! So I pick him up and he falls back to sleep again. I put him down and he sleeps for about 10 mins and wakes again. He does this all night! I'm starting to get so fed up as it's so tiring!

Is he falling asleep on the bottle or does he go down awake? 

What does your day look like?

any reflux or other issues like teething going on?

He falls asleep with the bottle then I put him down asleep.
He gets bored really easy, he plays in his jumberoo for about an hour, then on the sofa with his toys the he gets bored so you have to pick him up and play. And walk around with him.
He has a bottle every 2-3 hours as he's a really hungry baby, even with a breakfast and dinner.
He has a nap every 2-3 hours too as he gets tired easy. Tried spacing them out more but he just gets over upset.
He's not teething or ever had reflux problems x

There could be a few issues at play. He is getting to an age where props become a big issue so if he is used to going to sleep with a bottle then he has no idea how to get to sleep if he wakes and so will need you. What about for naps?  How does he go to sleep for those? 

Can you post your day in EAS format so I can see timing and how often and for how long he is napping?  And how much and how often he is eating?  This is also a time when lots of LO drop to two naps so it could well be his routine needs tweaking.
