22 month old is waking at 4:15-4:30 am
« on: April 07, 2014, 00:39:01 am »
Please help!  My son wakes so early!
He always takes a nap around 9:00 for around 2hrs

I have to pick my daughter up every week day, so I have to leave home at 2:30 and do not get home until almost 4:00.
So, he doesn't usually get another nap.

He is so tired in the evening.  He goes to bed usually 6:30-7:00.
I've tried a couple times lately to keep him up later til 8 or 8:30 and he still wakes early.
I'm so exhausted.   ???
Thanks, MJ

Welcome! I think he is waking because his nap is too early in the day, he is trying to get more A time by EW. So I'd try gradually shifting the nap later (maybe try moving it 15 mins every 3-4 days) till it's closer to lunchtime. WU should move with it. I think BT looks good - he's likely in an UT/OT loop so a later BT will just make it worse.

What  do you think Hun?
