My lo is 24 wks old and has had yellow runny poo with bits in for 2wks. Doc said gastroenteritus so stopped weaning him & did jus his normal formula bottles for each feed. Started to clear up so introduced cow & gate baby rice & rusks again but yellow poo has now returned:(. I originally gave him baby rice when he was 19 wks old and was fine. So confused? Also bad tummy means he wakes every hour from 2am to 7am when he finally does a poo. Today he had been sick a little too but he's not usually a sicky baby. What should I do?
