Habitual waking at 11 weeks?

Hi my 11 week old LO wakes up every morning between 5-5.30 but I think it's just habitual as I can usually resettle fairly easily till 6 30 with no feed. Any ideas how to get him to sleep right through till that feed?
He is on a 9-9 EASY. I cluster feed at 7,9 and 11 and he sleeps till 5ish? He wakes up slowly at that time and starts fussing but will not resettle himself so I resettle him. Sometimes all it takes is to give him the dummy and sometimes a few minutes of shh/pat.

You could try wake to sleep about 4am. He is doing well though
