Not wanting to count my chickens but my 12 wk old (2wks overdue) has been settling herself to sleep incredibly quickly for most naps. (Evening s still a but longer). It used to take a good 30mins before she was asleep but the past 3days most naps have been quick wind down and about 10mins from in the cot to sleep. I had been having awake time at about 1hr 10 but should I extend to 1.20 given she's settling quickly meaning total A time has shortened or stuck with it. She's not been extending past 45 mins at all but I think she's still growing through her growth spurt as keeps waking up screaming and then routes and takes a full big feed. I've tried giving her more and a top up before bed but she seems really hungry.

That's great! It is always great when each and every sleep is not met with much screaming and resistance! :) You could definitely try another 15 minutes, just keep things quiet and mellow and see how it goes. Seeing that she is not going OVER 45 minutes would suggest an A time bump to me.
