Oh look I just found this study on the AAP website which showed some BFs were up to 240ml (8oz), that volume of BFs were inversely proportional to frequency of BFs and that total intake in 24hrs had no relationship to the number of BFs in that time. http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/117/3/e387.full
