Is there a 2 or 2.5 hour easy routine?

If not could someone help me create one for my baby. He is 7 weeks old but doesn't sleep for the 1.5hrs. He sleeps mainly 40-45 mins during the day

There's not really a 2/2.5h EASY routine as the main idea of a 3h routine is to space the feeds out enough to prevent snacking and ensure LO gets a good milk intake in the day.  A 2h EASY would mean feeding every 2h and the vast majority of babies (unless perhaps very small, premature or with health problems) can manage a 3h feeding cycle even if they don't sleep the full time they're "meant" to.

Perhaps you'd like to keep track for a day or two and post what's actually happening in EAS format for us?  We may be able to suggest some tweaks to A times/routine that might help you get longer naps.  Or we can help you work out how to do a 3h feeding cycle with short naps?  Often in the early days you end up with an EASAS pattern (so two short naps in each 3h cycle) or EASAEAS, both of which are fine :)
