I think you plan is a good one. I always put R to bed 10 mins or before  I expect she needs to asleep.

Re: earlier nap. By all means you could. I usually push the nap out (and cap if needs be) rather than bring it forward and R does better with a long morning and shorter A to bed as opposed to the other way around.

I would see how she goes today/tommorow and we can re-assess from there. Re capping the nap, the lenght depends on your LO SNs. So R at this age was having 2.5h but she borders on HSN - for other LO this nap would interfere with their NTS and so are better with say a 2h nap

Geeeeeeze another 540 wake up !!!! Super exhausted

Yesterday was a bit messes up

Had my oldest sports day and I was a parent helper therefore I only got to the babysitter at 1 o'clock is above then went for her nap from 120 and I woke her up at 3:20 today was okay but then in the evening I put her down at seven as normal and unfortunately about 15minutes later she woke up screaming she had done a massive poop she then did not want to go back to sleep I only slept at 8 o'clock

Could this seriously be the reason why she woke up at 5:45 this morning?

What time would you plan her nap today?

I really need to get sorted and I really need your help please help

Until I solve this issue and she is sleeping through at least 645 I'm going to be bugging you ladies I hope you do not mind I need you to help me figure this out

I would keep going with 13hr day and capped nap, so BT at 6:40. Have you tried set nap times? At this age we did set nap regardless of WU time at 1, Helped us a lot. Is your lo hsl or lsn? X

Hi!

The late night could well account for the ew IMO. I would do this today:

Nap: 12.30 (capped at 2h if your LO is average Sn or 2.5 if hsn)
BT: 6.40 (asleep by)

What are your LOs sleep needs?

It's worth a shot - bring nap forward and BT forward too :) Just wanted to offer some hugs!!  This was us for the better part of a YEAR (!) and it finally corrected itself around 22 months, but the period around 20 months is when my DS cut his canines as well and it was horrendous and I think the teeth had a large part to do with it.  After that we settled into a 6:30am WU, nap 1-2:30/3, BT 7:45/8pm.

I get that, but given the problems you have been having i wouldn't complain at that really.

Personally, I'd stick with the same routine and see how things pan out for the next few days/week.

What do you think?

Bless you, I feel your frustration!

7pm to 5.45 is annoying but technically not ew at a 10h45m night. To that end, maybe you need to try capping the nap further. So maybe something like:

WU: 5.45
Nap: 12.30-2.15
BT: 6.45 (alseep by)

I will try and get some more eyes for you, see if anyone else has any other ideas
