3 am NW

We had a long NW again last night....I'm wondering if I need to cap the 2nd nap....or if she needs it to be longer!!!! ;D.

Yesterday looked like this....

A 3 hours 30
S 1 hour 50

E
A 3 hours 10
S 50 minutes

E
A 2 hours 20
E
S

when she woke, she didn't need us...she was just mantra mmmm-inh....for ages!!!!

Hey :) so your lo is almost 8 months right? Can you post the full easy? wakeup bt naptime etc? on the second nap 50min is usually an UT nap so she may be UT for BT but OT overall due to shorter A times but I can't tell without knowing wakeup/bt times.

hey hun...thanks for your reply....i was going to post today actually....since i posted, we havent had a long NW at all (typical!!!) she was awake alright at 3am ish last night but went straight back to sleep....
we are getting 6am WUs though when  7am would work better for our family.....

should i post here about that or would elsewhere be better?
