we have finally gotten down to 2 naps, but my gut tells me i need to do some tweaking.....i'm just not sure where!
here is our current easy:
E: 6.45am
A: 3hours 30
S: 10.15am (the most she actually sleeps is 2hours 20 mins)
2 issues here....
1. she will often be awake at 6am-ish, chatting adn dozing on & off (i'm trying to stick to a 6.45am start because it fits in well with DD1's day/pick-ups etc). she is perfectly happy to hang out in the cot until 6.45ish when she starts to get more "I want you now mammy!"
2. we are getting 90min WU during the nap....she will wake crying...settle herself back again 10-20 minutes later & sleep another 40-50 minutes.
E: 12.45
A: 3hours 5 mins
S: 3.50 for max 40 mins
E: 4.45
A:
E: 6.45pm
S: 7.15pm
I would love her to sleep soundly through the first nap....and (greedily
) would love a later WU from her (even though i know 6am is a great WU!!!
) we are generally getting 11 hours nights.....on the nights we get 12 hours, she will do a 1hour 20mins nap in the morning....
am i pushing my luck?!perhaps!!!
