Looking back at the start of the post and the routine that was working, I wouldn't say 7.15pm is too late.  More likely the long naps were taking away from her nights and making it hard for her to settle, leading to short nights and OT.  I may be wrong, but I think my instinct would be to shorten her nap more.  Today she only had a 1h15 nap (or less) and a 13h day when she settled well, that says to me she probably needs less day sleep now.  That said I'd be loathe to tweak anything while she's unwell.  I'd play it by ear tomorrow - if she wakes happy then maybe give capping a go, possibly to 1h30/45, otherwise if she'd not herself then let her sleep and tweak when better x

We had our first 12 hour night in a while! She ended up waking at 6:45. I have no idea how long she napped today as MIL picked her up and didn't check. She was getting very silly with her supper so I thought maybe OT so PD at 7, but she's still not asleep at 8:30 >:( I really couldn't have done BT any later though as I had tons to get done tonight to be ready for work tomorrow. 2 more days of this than we can be together all day during the summer and I can start capping properly!
