Are chatty NWs/EWs ever OT?

My almost 21 month old DD has begun chatty NWs. In the last 2 weeks we have had 3 significant ones. They have happened at different hours of the night but she is wide awake chatting her brains out. Squealing and laughing and chatting. Last night it was from 2-3 (or at least that is when I heard her). I don't think she is UT as she does not get a huge amount of sleep in 24 maybe between 12.5 and 13 hours. The last 3 times they have happened have been following a day or 2 of really good sleep.

Her EASY
wu 6/6:30 sometimes as late as 7 like today after chat fest 2014.
nap 12:30/45 for 1.5-2 hours. Yesterday it was only 75 mins, lately 1.5-1.75 with 2 hours 1-2 times a week
bed 6:50 asleep 7/7:15

Are chatty NWs/EWs ever OT? Her language is exploding majorly. Yesterday alone she said 3 new words.

It could be developmental- my dd had a language explosion from 22mo that lasted forever! She had lots of chatty nws/ ew. Having said that she's almost 29 mo and is having chatty ew from nap and nws- these are def ot with my dd.

Your routine looks good if a little less on overall sleep but lo is lsn right?

I have no idea what kind of sleep needs she is. I have never been able to get her to sleep as much as required I think due to being OT her whole life. Aishi you get chatty OT NWs? How do you know that she is OT during these?

Why do you think OT?? That is a pretty average routine for age.

Chatty NWings are usually UT or developmental.

I guess I assume OT as her nap ye3sterday wasn't great and she was late in bed due to my DS sports. Yesterday looked like:
bed 7:15 (after 2 hour nap 12:50-2:50)
wu 6:30
nap 12:45-2
bed 6:45 asleep 7:05 NW from 2?-3ish
wu 7:05

These weird chatty nights come after a long nap day or a long night the day before. Like she's almost had her quota in 24/48 hours. I always assume OT as she has never napped well. Lately naps are consistently longer but nights are also shorter and we are getting EWs in the early 6's and the occasional chat fest. She is also really really chatty as of late. It's so cute actually.

I guess I just know....dd is HSN and her current routine is

Wu 7
Nap 1.30-3.30
Bt 8 (pd 7.30)

If nap is shorter for whatever reason she chatters for longer at bt and is ot by time she falls asleep so ends up upset before sleeping which is def ot for her. She's a stickler for routine so if its off then I know its ot esp since she has only been on this new routine a few weeks....
