Just that really. Wondering if its worked for any one to eliminate nap and BT dramas. Also if you've successfully been able to bring nap back after leap is over?

It can take a while to get used to no nap, and then when she's used to it you may well get nap refusals. Is that something you'd be ok with?

Hmm no I dont want nap refusals. I need that quiet time lol. I just wondered if stopping nap for a week or two helped anyone or not. Guess I'll just have to ride this out too.

Yes, we did. 4-5 days because I was confused and thought he was ready to drop it. He actually did ok but I could tell he still needed a nap. Unless we wanted to have a crazy EBT for awhile, which we weren't ready for again.

He went back to taking naps just fine. Maybe a weird first day but after that no problems.
He's 33 mos now and still napping. But the nap and BT are getting later and later. We will have to tweak again soon, I'm sure. Prob start doing a couple of NNDs a week.
