Hi,

We're having a similar issue with short naps but my LO is now also refusing the PM nap.  He wakes up grumpy from every nap. Just looking at those EASY ZacsMumme what happens when their normal wake up is 7am??? I know to push everything later but I can't do a catnap at 5pm??? If our bedtime is 7pm.   And I'm not sure my LO would go down 2 hrs for later for a nap even if he only has a catnap in the morning.

If you post your day and your LOs age I'll have a look, but it sounds like your LO may be ready for 1nap.
