How to ensure calcium intake
« on: June 22, 2014, 03:48:50 am »
DS is 7.5 months. He self weaned at 5 months and drinks 1 proper bottle per day at wake up, and for the others I'm lucky if he drinks 40mls. He eats solids like a champ and I have tried to introduce yoghurt and cheese but noticed on the nights he had them for dinner he woke crying around an hour after bedtime so I think he may have a slight dairy intolerance. A naturopath I have seen with him also suggested he might be dairy intolerant when I explained his feeding habits. Anyway, I just wanted to check if anyone can point me in the direction of some high calcium foods I can feed him that aren't cows milk based. Thanks!
