Hey sweetie. Lots of hugs. The language boom will for sure be affecting her sleep :P

What was she doing before this muddle? - do you think she needs a later, shorter nap? So push nap 15/30 mins later and cap at 1.5. Bt would then be 12 hrs from WU. :-\

At 22 months things went really wonky for us too, and I really do think it was the language explosion.  It only lasted a few weeks and then things were back to normal.  Huge (((hugs))) - hang in there!!!

Thankfullly she fell back to sleep 3:20-6:30. Before all this
Wu 6:30/ but began inching earlier. A few 5:45 morningS.
Nap 12:30/45-2/2:30 generally 1.5 but 1.75-2
Bed 6:45 asleep 7/7:15
I really do think we are in an Ut/OT loop from a week or so ago. Long nap equals short night from either chatty nw or emw then short nap then OT nws. I guess I will just ride this one out. Again.

Definitely try a later nap capped at 1.5 Hun. But yeah, you may need to see if a week of this helps and if not re evaluate

I will defo try a later capped nap however I find that after a 1.5 nap she needs a decent A regardless of am otherwise she has a chatty nw or a chatty emw. Basically I think she needs a 13 hour day on a 1.5 nap. A 12 hour day on 1.75 got us a super emw and she's been OT since.
