It says on the back of the creams to use even before you have a baby to condition the nipples.  Does this really make a difference? I always have had such trouble with nursing in the past and i really want it to work this time around. I  have never tried applying the creams every day before baby was born. Im curious if ppl have done it and if it helps

I dont think it will make a difference before hand but you can always try it!! I had trouble in the first couple of weeks with my DD and a midwife told me to express breast milk onto your nipple and rub it in several times a day, and when using the lansinoh to not rub that in but apply it to the cracks in your nipple, more like packing it really. I would do both after every feed.  This worked excellently for me  :)
