My DD is 18.5 months and at home does:
WU between 6.20am and 7am
Nap 12.15pm - 2.30pm (capped)
BT 7pm
At nursery her nap is usually about 1hr 20 mins and so BT is 6.30pm
In terms of food it really varies, and I have found even if she eats no dinner she never wakes up due to hunger.
Usually she gets something like:
Breakfast - 1.5 Weetabix and some fruit
Snack - 2 small rice cakes / a biscuit / raisins etc
Lunch - something like pasta bolognese or curry and rice (usually about 5-6oz including the carbs) Then a small fromage frays for dessert
Snack
Dinner - something lighter e.g. 1 egg omelette with cheese / a fish finger and veg / half an english muffin with cheese and ham on top then fruit for dessert
