not sure what time to do the nap?

Hi my dd is almost 18 months and her day is generally:

Wu: nearly always 6.20 on the dot!
Nappy change and the breakfast.  Playtime until 9am.
9am: snack
11am: lunch
12pm: nap
1.30pm: wu
2pm: snack
4.30pm: dinner
6pm: bath (alternate days)
7pm bedtime

Lately she has been waking from her nap after half an hour.  Is her nap too early do you think?

Might be...why not try 12:30 for a few days and see how it goes? We have 6:30/7:00 wake ups and a 12:30/1:00 naptime usually.

With my 12 month old thirty minute naps are overtired. Has anything else changed sleep wise?
