She did great last night! She slept from 7:50 - 6:40

What time do you think I should put her down for her nap? I usually put her down around 12:45/1.

I'd prob stick to your normal times as maybe night was a catch up!?

Thanks! I put her down at 1pm and she was asleep within 10 minutes. She a 1.5 hour nap

So she's refusing her naps again! Yesterday and today...now if I AP then she asks to be rocked all the time and it's a battle. She's clearly tired, but won't fall asleep. Yesterday she didn't take a nap at all and was asleep within five minutes of putting her down for bed. She slept last night from 6:30 - 6:30am. I don't think she had enough sleep...please help as i think she's getting OT and i don't want it to spiral out of control. Any insight is helpful...thanks again $:-\$

Hi, have you tried a later nap or a car/buggy nap if your can't get a nap?
If it's a no nap day id do BT 11.5 hours from WU.

Could be start of 1-0 transition x

I have in the past tried car naps, and that works, but I don't want her to get used to it.

I haven't tried a later nap...let me try that. I hope this isn't the 1 to 0 transition!

There is a sleep regression at 2yrs old so hopefully it's that x

Do you think i should give her a nap in the car? Will she expect that every time or should i just put her down early today. I feel so bad for her as she is clearly tired.

You could try a strategic drive see if you get 30-40 mins to tide you over till BT, if it won't work just take the plunge on an EBT.
Once won't form a habit so go with your instincts. x

Thanks! I ended up giving her a nap in the car...40 min. I put her down at 6:40, so hopefully she'll fall asleep soon.

I'm going to put her asleep later tomorrow...fingers are crossed! btw - any suggestions on how handle all this and also adjust for the time change that's coming up in a month?
