Activity Time for different ages

Hi All

Have I missed it somewhere or is there a guide to activity time for different ages? I thought I could remember seeing a guide on the forum for how much activity time a baby should have at different ages but can't seem to see it. Am I going blind?! Please can someone give me a pointer? Thanks so much.
