Overtiredness. My DS is low sleep needs and copes really well with it.

I'd say push on for a week to two weeks total. Often babies get used to a certain routine and take a while to shift.

I too would push on with extending the A time. How much have you been extending by, if you are worried I would try a small amount to begin with like try extending by 5/10 mins at each A time and seeing what happens. If you want to post your day in EAS format for us to have a look at please do.
