I wanted to post a few resent days as I am really struggling with the NWs, and was wondering if it is because he isnt taking enough at each feed - i.e. is he snacking. It is the wake ups so soon after bedtime that is worrying me. Is he not taking enough calories before bed? I feed in very dim light, maybe I should feed in the light?
Also he really doesnt settle without feeding...should I push PU/PD (which we do for naps, but havent needed to yet for night time)? I am worried that it is the sleep regression kicking in and that I am creating a prop with these extra feeds.
I have in the last couple of days started to push the A time towards 2hours which has had some success with naps - as he was resisting them. He doesnt fight naps as much - so I think he did need the push on A time
