Easy schedule for 6-9 months???
« on: November 12, 2014, 09:18:09 am »
Hi have been following the easy plan religiously my lo is 5 months now. The book doesn't make clear a easy schedule for 6-9 months and beyond? Should I start dropping out the 5pm nap down to just two naps? What would be the best time for those naps and how long? At what point should he be going longer in between feeds? I haven't started weaning yet but am going to start as the book describes just with breakfast at first then adding lunch and dinner. How do I transition from feeding a few spoons after milk to seperate 'solid' feeds and different times?
Thankyou!!!!

Hi there, well there are SOME variations but generally speaking I would be looking at an A time of around 2.5 hours and I wouldn't try to go to 2 naps until LO could handle 3 hour A time. This is just "generally speaking" and you know your LO best! Here are some samples:Sample EASY Routines from 0 - 13mths+
