My 7 minyh old has a good daytime routine, regular naps and feeds and eats plenty before bed. She wakes up every 60-90 mins and will not go back down unless I take her into my bed and cuddle her tightly. Have tried sshh pat, she drops off with this but then wakes and cried 5 mins later. After about 6 tries of this I am just too tired to persevere. Everyone I speak to says leave her to cry. What can I do?
