Sleep issues after 3 weeks of travel
« on: November 30, 2014, 10:05:34 am »
Hello!  We recently went on a 3 week vacation to India from US with our 1 yr old.  She did well overall in India and now we are back home and having major issues with jet lag and crib refusal.  We have been back for 2 weeks now and still having a lot of night time problems and she refuses to sleep in her crib.  She was an amazing sleeper before vacation and things have gone bonkers now.  Please help - after 2 weeks of sleep deprivation with crazy work schedules we are all ready for normal sleep!!

Hiya, has she recently turned 1? If so, there can be a lot of developmental change around this time which really messes up sleep. If so, the best thing to do is to try and be as consistent as possible and ride it out.

Would you like to post your EAS for us to have a look at?

Any chance of teething?
