Do these A times seem like too much for an almost 7 month old?
« on: December 04, 2014, 13:35:35 pm »
The last few days we have had a hard time getting DS to bed at the A time that we had been normally doing - 3 hours and he doesnt settle until the 3.5 hour mark.

Here is a good day.
WU - 645
S - 930-1100
A - 11- 2.15
S - 215 - 4
A- 4- 730 ish - he just wouldnt settle for bed :(

Our nights stink, but other than BT his day is ok....

Any thoughts?

Just an update.  Last night We took DS into room at around the 310 hour mark and did our night time routine.  DS settled easily and was asleep by around the 325 mark.  I guess my big question is - does a longer A time to bed seem odd?  Should I be restructuring my day somewhere?

It depends sweetie.

Some kiddos will be very tired after such A, some will be perfectly fine. So if you ask if this is ok, if your nights are ok, no OT waking in the first part of the nights and no EWU which sometimes suggest OT, this A can be fine.

Thank you :). Last night was pretty good DS woke at 11 had a bottle went down easily and slept until 6.  Unfortunately DH gets ready for work at this time and DS always wakes :(
