I would say at 7 months that the 3rd nap needs to go for sure.
At 7 months i think the average A time is around 3hrs/3.5hrs so i would definatley reccomend stretching the A time out a little 😊
I always found with my DD that she would have an EW when she was undertired, and also it could explain why theres some nap fighting!
You can push the A time in 10/15 minute incrumemts over 3/4 days then push again. If you aim for something that looks like this -
WU 5.30 (example wu based on yours above)
nap - 9 to 10.30
Nap 1.30 - 3.30
Bed 6.30/7
From my experience, if the morning nap is too early it reinforces that EW. So i would try working on pushing that out later. It may be then when the A times have been pushed, the WU becomes later.
