5 months moving to 4 hour easy but have a cat naper on my hands
« on: December 26, 2014, 04:17:20 am »
Hi all !
I have 5 month old that I am moving to the 4 hour easy. Right now she goes 3 hours between feeds and wakes at 6am to start the day. I know I should be pushing out her feeds and sleep time by 15min increments... But she only sleeps 45mins at best. I've tired to limit her activity time before naps so not to stimulate and also do the 4 s... So my question is... There will be times where j will be running into naps before feeds ... Example... Nap time should be at 2pm and feed is at 2:30pm. Any suggestions?
