« on: December 28, 2014, 12:25:00 pm »
My DD just turned 4 months and im close to getting her to stay awake for 2 hours however do i include my wind down for her naps in this 2 hours or does she do 'activity' for 2 hours then start her wind down?

Thanks.

Hi there,

Her activity time should include the wind down time.

The FAQ page here mentions the following;

"Activity time includes feeding, changing, playing, cuddling and resettling for the next nap. Activity time is calculated from eyes open to eyes closed."

Hi,
Öykü, how can we control the resettling time?
So how can we minus it out in order to know what time should we put LO to cot???
