My DD just turned 4 months and im close to getting her to stay awake for 2 hours however do i include my wind down for her naps in this 2 hours or does she do 'activity' for 2 hours then start her wind down?
Thanks.

Hi there,
Her activity time should include the wind down time.
The FAQ page here mentions the following;
"Activity time includes feeding, changing, playing, cuddling and resettling for the next nap. Activity time is calculated from eyes open to eyes closed."
