Help - Think we have hit 1-0 hard!

I had a whole list somewhere....but from memory we had stickers and paper, Aquadoodle pictures, lacing cards, couple of books, magnetic drawing board, set of Russian dolls, some number cards, colouring book and crayons.....I put 3-4 things in the bag and tried to vary it each day x

Typical, we wen to softplay this morning then nap at 1:30 she went down no bother and woke just before 3. Then she was inconsolable, crying her eyes out. I don't know what to do for the best now.

We did 7 and she was fine. Funnily enough the last couple of nights once she has been tucked in she has been saying "mummy monkey's no get me" so I wonder if she is having bad dreams?

Nap 13:25 - 15:25 I had to wake, I was going to wake her but thought she might need it as she usually wakes herself
BT 19:30

WU 7:20 (been nearer 6 lately)
Nap 13:25 - 15:25 Again I had to wake her

WU 8:45 (I was asleep and almost fainted when I saw the time, I went and woke her)
Nap Thought she wouldn't take 1 today but I was going to try at 14:00, 13:30 she told me it was her nap time and off she went. Not sure how long she will sleep for.

So my question is, do you think I have pushed too hard. She used to nap at 12:30 - 14:30 then I pushed to 13:00 only for like a day or 2, but she was refusing so I jumped to 13:30 hoping she would be more tired. But now we have a new way of putting her to sleep a nap and BT she is not resisting. So maybe it was more developmental than needing a big push. Also at the CM's they do a nursery drop at 1, so can only nap when they get home around 13:30 but they need to be out again at 14:30 so by the time she nods off its more like 13:50 - 14:30 3 days a week. So could she be catching up at home.

Don't get me wrong I am loving the lie in and long nap but in all reality do you think I need to make some changed again?

Any chance she could be ill hun?  That's a lot of sleep all of a sudden....but as you say it could also just be catch-up.  If you and she are happy with things then maybe leave it be.

That was my first though but she seems fine, eating well and full of beans. (but you never know, something could be lurking). So you don't think its making her too OT, or its ok as she is catching up on the days she is home?

We always had longer sleep at home to catch up from nursery....until we dropped the nap

I'm worrying now. She napped another 2 hrs then asked for bed at 7. Asleep for 7:20

She bumped her head at the CM's on Thursday its a huge lump do you think it could have anything to do with that. She does seem otherwise fine though.

Oh dear sorry about the head bump.  It's probably co-incidence unless it's a truly massive bump but if you're worried, why not get her checked over for peace of mind?  I'd have thought if that was it she'd be showing other symptoms other than sleepiness but perhaps a check-up would tell you if anything else going on eg ears/throat?
