Sigh, my kids are funny, it's always one, then the other. It's kind of good in some ways but in other ways it's constantly something yk?

Anyway, do you think an 11.5 hr night is ok with a 1 hr nap? He is spirited with but textbook behaviourally. Sleeps always been good but he did transition 3-2 and 2-1 early.

I think if he's close to nap drop that looks really good, if nights start shortening again you may need to cap further or do some nnds if he can handle them x

Just jumping in Sara, I think that is a really good amount of sleep for his age. When the nap goes, you may make it to the holy grail of a 12hr night!

I just worry it's low for him yk? Hes usually a 13/24 guy not a 12/24 but he does cope very well with OT. (Thank god as ds1 does not!)

Anyway. Last night was the pits. But it was down to him trying yogurt. - NW all.night.long so ummmm that was an epic failure.

Tonight he settled on his own. DH didn't even have to go snack in once :D so seeing that as a big success. Will see what the night brings but hoping to settle into this
WU 7
Nap 1.30-2.30 (if bad night offer slightly longer cu nap)
Bt z7/7.30 depending on his day.

Does that look ok for his age?

Hi Sara,
E still doing 1.5hr nap and then 12 hr night. We seem over the EWs for now.
I know she definitely cannot cope over tired or push through so this is working for us at the moment.
I want to preserve the nap as long as possible ha( how else do we get anything done in a day)

Hope last night was better
X
