Yes, so hard to know if it's an A time thing or a WW thing or something else entirely. ::) You've got a good plan in sticking with the same A times for now and if it's still the same in a week or so, you may want to bump the pm A up to 3:30.

In terms of pushing A after a rough night, that's tough. Maybe just try to do 5min more, if possible.

Hey Katie! How are you!? So things are very up and down at the moment. More down than up this week actually! We had one amazing night of 12hr40 mins then 2 naps of 1.5 each on 3.15 WT.. That was Monday. Then all this week. Have had night wakenings, and average average naps, especially the afternoon one!! Ekkkk I know a tooth is almost up. But gosh it's not getting any easier!! My question is. At what age can you expect one short one longer nap? She is 8 months 1 week now. With her WT of 3.15/20 sometimes 3.5 the day gets very long. And as she wakes at 6 every morning I like to try have her Asleep by 6.30 latest.
Hoping it's just a rough patch with a wonder week and tooth

Ugh, it does sound a bit like teething. (((Hugs)))

In general, it seems like one nap starts getting cut when you get to around 3.5-4hr A. If you want a 12hr day/night, then definitely cap the pm nap. Otherwise, the day can move out to 13hr, with an 11hr night until you start cutting back and moving toward one nap.

Have you ever peeked in at the Birth Clubs? Sometimes joining in can be helpful to know what other LOs of a similar age are doing... Birth Clubs 0-18mths  Just a thought... you are, of course, always welcome to keep posting here. :)
