(still won't sleep in swing but I keep trying).
Is she going in awake or asleep?

2 successful 30 min naps in the swing!  ;D  And a 2 hour nap in the crib today!  ;D

She for sure has some issue that's affecting her, just trying to sort out if it's silent reflux or ++ gas from a very poor latch resulting in lots of air swallowing.  Until then, I'll just keep APOPing as needed and once in awhile trying a nap in the crib.

Yay for the naps! APOPing sounds like a good plan.
