To be on 12h day and 2x naps of 1.5h you have to be on 3h A. I agree with previous people that 3h+ on naps may steal sleep from nights so there are couple options you may to consider:
- cap both naps at 1.5 and work towards 3h A time equally throughout the day, sample routine:
7am wakeup /hopefully
10am nap, wake by 11:30
2:30 nap, wake by 4pm
7:15bt
- cap morning nap which seems to be shorter in general to around 1h but allow 2h in the afternoon; shorter morning nap is usually helping in preventing early wakings; as day should be at least 12h work towards longer A; as you are facing earlier wu I would just push morning A so nap is finally around 9:45-10:00 and then you cap it at 10:45/11:00 so around how she now wakes by herself; is after shorter nap she is tired you may move second nap slightly earlier and shorten mid-A but lengthen by 15min last A - it's already long but also second nap is long so she should be fine with 3.5-4hA once a day; sample routine:
7am wakeup /hopefully and finally!
10nap - capped at 11
1:30/2:00 nap, uncapped - till 3:30 or 4pm
BT as you do now around 7:15
- you may just push the whole routine back and make bt later than now so push first by 30min, second nap by 30min, bt by 30min; do it in 15min increments every couple of days;
In general you either have to make a day a tad longer (but it may be OT for her) or cap one/both of her naps in favour of longer A times. When capping, I would rather go for morning nap as it usually have something in common with EWU.
