Oh dear. :( Is he getting teeth at all, could that be why he's waking more? I really wouldn't feed him before 4/5am, if at all, otherwise you could end up right back where you started. :-\ Is his daytime routine generally the same?

Oh dear indeed :(
I checked his mouth but I don't see anything. He is wearing a amber necklace durig the day. His daytime routine generally the same. He sleeps as long as he needs during the day because that prevents NW. Usually he sleeps around 3-3,5h. That is a lot for a 12mo, I know. But if I wake him up, the NW starts again.

I know I should not feed him but just as I think I am recharged.... within the first screams I'm totally done with it again. So far for the recharge :(

So far so good, he is still sleeping. The bed for me or my dh is ready, just in case...

Not bad!^^^

But, he's NWing still, right?! What does the day generally look like?

Great night!!  Maybe a catch up though after short nights/EWs....I would say you will need to (slowly) reduce daytime sleep to stop those EWs coming back x

Working on that today!
This morning he went to bed at 9.45. I'll wake him up at 11.45 to pick up his sister. Then back to bed at 3.30pm (back home from picking up sister again) for 1h nap. Then BT when he is tired (7?)

Yes no way would my DS have gone back down for a nap that soon after a 2h nap.  It would have to be 4h or more later here, and even then might be refused....

Thats kind of the prolem... he sleeps when he wants to, not when I would like him to ;)
Last night NW at 2am, REALLY mad and screaming. Probably because he's OT/not enough sleep during the day...
I did feed him because I know the reason for the NW. Had to wake him up at 7.30.

He won't sleep when you want him to if he's not tired enough ;). Feel free to post your routine here if you want us to see if we can help x

I tried to get him in a routine that fits his age but then the NWing starts again... :(
He just needs to sleep as long as he wants during the day, then he sleeps ok during the nights. The ideal routine is
A: 7am
S: 10.30
A: 1pm
S: 4
A: 5
BT: 7
The 'problem' with this is that he has to adjust to the school-time of his sister (pick up/bring back). When he is put to bed too late, he wont sleep. When he is put to bed too early, he wont sleep.

Today he slept once 11.45am-2.45pm and went to bed quite fine. Don't think he will NW tonight.

I'd say that's an age-appropriate routine. I think the first one is going to lead to lots of pm nap refusal. :-\

Can you keep track of the daily routine for a week or so (including NWs) and then we can try to fine tune it, so it works for both of you?

Yes I agree with Katie, the first one is expecting far too much sleep for his age I would say.  No way on earth would my DS sleep that much and he is a month younger, yesterday he slept 1h40 in the morning and refused all afternoon.  One solid nap or one nap of 1.5-2h plus a very short CN (20-30 mins) would be far more reasonable for a 1yo.
