Is 1h20 nap at almost 11mo ut or ot?

No she doesn't think she would have taken pm nap any sooner :-/

Bt was 7.50 last night and Wu 6.30

She's done this so far

Wu 6.30
A 4.5h
Nap 11-12.30 (ss)
A 4h15
Nap 4.45 (she tried at 4, 4.25)

I don't think she will sleep at 2.5h a after cn So confusing. You would think with 4.5h higher am a time she would be ready for pm nap at 3.5h and bt after 2.5h

Nap was 4.45-5.05 capped (she ss for this nap too usually never does). Aiming for
A 2.25/2.5
Bt 7.20/30 to keep to 13h day

Is this 2-1 nonsense? She didn't do well on one nap yesterday and seems to be struggling with fitting in two naps and enough a time I don't rem my dd having such high a times in 2-1...

Eta well I don't know how night went as its only 5.40 in the states but bt went well. She did 2.5h bt a time on 20 min nap and ss which is the first time she has ss for all sleeps. So if night went well it looks like she has a routine sorted! I just can't believe her a times are so high- only 2 months ago she was only doing 2h a times!!!

I hope the night went well . I'm not sure you can really do the 2-1 until LO can handle 4.5h or so A time so your DD must have got there at some point!

Wu was 6.30 this morning so she's going to do 2 nap day. Think she sorted with a routine for now. Fxd!

Yes dd was on 4.5h a time in the morning but she was doing 3h nap and ebt lol
