2,5 mo old multiple wakings
« on: March 31, 2015, 00:04:17 am »
Hey, it is been a while sonce i was thst desperate with my older son here :)
So now i have a 2,5 mo who is very difficult to put to sleep in general but he used to sleep at least through 3-4 hours at night.
Now he wakes up every 2 hours and settles down only after a full feed (breasfeed).
So i am confused because it started around the same time we got on a really good schedule with EASY. So his daytime sleep became much better (before he only had very short naps and was fussy for the whole day) but nights are killing me.
Our routine is +- like this:
7 e
7-830 a
830-10 s
10 -e
10-1130 a
11.30-13 s
13 e
13-1430 a
14.30-16 s
16 e
16&1730 a
1730-1830 s
1830 e
Bath bdtime routine
20 s
And then he eats at around 23 and then every 2-2,5 hours

I would appreciate any ideas!_

Hmm, well it does look like a stellar EASY. It is interesting the poor nights coincided with the better daytime sleep. The one thing I notice is that last nap is an hour long. Maybe that's putting him just over the edge in terms of sleep totals for the day. :-\ What would you think of gradually cutting that to 45, then 30min?

For how long has this been happening? Is it possible it's just a growth spurt, since he's taking a full feed every time? Do you wake him to feed at 2300, as a DF, or does he naturally wake then?
