I would say her first nap might be UT (2h for a 5mo can be not enough). On the other hand after days of not sleeping well she is probably extremely OT.

As a start I would try not to wake her in the morning (so let her sleep as much as she wants on Day 1) and than count at least 2:15 of her A time from the moment she wakes by herself. If first nap is still short try for 2:15 for a second A. If you still have the whole day of short naps, I would definitely go for 4th nap no matter how much APOP you have to do (sling, pram, bf to sleep). And them aim for BT not later than 12h after WU so with 7am WU it should be 7pm the latest.

Is she is good mood other parts of the day?

Will try that thanks, I will try see when she wakes herself and go with that plan.she is very content but I find she is crying when she wakes after naps and by afternoon she gets sleepy with feeds. She is a very windy baby so don't know if that contributing to shorter naps.
Find she unsettled And restless in evening and think she takes so long to settle as she overtired.
Thanks for advice

That's a good news that she is happy as it probably means she is UT for morning naps. Regarding evening, many kiddos fight with CN. Because being OT or because many different reasons. That why I wouldn't care about this nap too much and APOP it in a pram/car or whatever and concentrate on other naps to settle.
