Help quick!! Very early nap!
« on: April 25, 2015, 08:26:30 am »
Hello ladies!
Liam has been nap dropping forever! On NND he we usually sleep 11-11.5hrs. On nap days (once in a blue moon) i allow a max of 1hr.

For the last week or so there must be something developmental going on and he has been EW around 5/530 with a 7/730 bt. He has a gro clock that turns on at 7 but he is not falling back asleep. Every few days after a couple of short nights he is crashing and sleeping 11.5hrs and then goes back to the short nights again...
Anyways, he is mostly refusing naps at preschool even with the short nights but today he has fallen asleep at 10 am! How long should i let him nap? I would like to keep with normal bt if possible.... Any advice?

If he's that tired you may find he is willing to go down as usual.  Active afternoon!!  Fingers crossed for you xx

At least a long A before bed may help :). DD dropped her nap months ago but has been ill recently and accumulated OT, she napped 2.45-3.45 yesterday and was still ok and out for the night by 7pm.  If they only nap every so often hopefully BT will go xx
