A time after a wonder week
« on: April 30, 2015, 15:05:54 pm »
Do babies commonly have a big jump in a time after a wonder week? We have had all sorts of shenanigans today after finishing wonder week leap five two days ago (according to the chart) and it doesn't seem like it is just a small jump that's in order! Normally I only increase in five minute intervals so I'm a little scared of how much I may need to push! Has anyone experienced a sudden big jump with their LO?

Totally! Great observation. Even recently, we just got out of a leap and her A time has jumped by a half hour!

Ok... Well that makes me feel better knowing what I should do! Is it too much to increase all a times by ten minutes? Should I do one at a time? Or will that prolong the problem?

I usually start with nap 1..if I see improvement, then I continue with the same time for the others.
